In the above context, I guess, we at People Performance Practitioners are more ‘practitioners’ than ‘consultants’. As practitioners, we have been and continue to be, actively engaged in the nitty-gritty of HR across the entire employee life-cycle with the sole objective of helping organizations align the performance of their human resources to their business strategy. We go much beyond the role of a consultant, facilitator or coach - we roll up our sleeves and start working with the organizational teams on a day-to-day basis and in that sense, we are more ‘connected’ to the organizational realties and assume direct responsibility and accountability of our solutions and recommendations. In short, it’s like – Been there, seen that, done that! Therefore, as practitioners, our engagement with a client’s organization is more long-term and more intense with a focus on quantifying the value-adds that we bring to the business.
